CECE MCCOO

President/CEO/Chief Consultant
CeCe McCoo is the President and CEO of Carefully Creative Consulting Company. Affectionately known to children around the country and abroad as ‘Momma CeCe,’ her lifelong passion for youth and young adults makes her a much sought after speaker, counselor, advocate, teacher, and mentor. CeCe officially organized Carefully Creative when requests for her services expanded to many churches, organizations, and social and public service agencies.
A dedicated and determined student, CeCe is an honors graduate on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Bible and Christian Ministry from St. Louis Christian College and a Masters of Art in Biblical Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. CeCe is also a very proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Prior to becoming a professional consultant, her love for and gift of administration afforded her opportunities to strengthen the administrative and fiscal management of several nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis region. She serves as a Chaplain for the Berkeley and St. Ann Police Departments while also lending her services to assist homeless Veterans as they transition to permanent housing. These service opportunities further endorse her commitment to enhance and support positive community engagement.
Carefully Creative Consulting has serviced bi-state agencies, educational institutions, and organizations by crafting unique and effective workshops and seminars to enhance communication and functionality. Workshops such as ”Making Lemonade,” ”Becoming P.R.O.fessional,” ”Straight Outta D.E.B.T.,” ”Can You H.E.A.R. Me Now,” and ”The Unmasking of the Better Parent” equip, enhance, and empower parents with school aged children.
In her role as Senior Pastor of True Fellowship Church, she oversees multiple ministries whose community reach are well known, respected and awarded in the community surrounding the church and beyond. CeCe shares her love of life, laughter and travel with her husband, Lawrence. Her service to others has caused her to play many roles: Marine! Minister! Motivator! Mentor! Yet, motherhood is the greatest role of her life. CeCe’s family’s motto is, “Our family lives by faith and in the favor of God.”
