Sylvia is a teacher’s teacher with a heart filled with boundless enthusiasm and passion. As a Special Education Educator, she possesses extensive knowledge of the current methods, techniques, and procedures used in classrooms across the nation. With a sincere desire to see people succeed in all areas of their lives, her ability to be extremely patient and flexible without compromising creativity affords her the privilege of seeing our clients gain victory in areas of effective communication and relationship building. Her ability to motivate students, fellow educators, and leaders is indeed notable and award winning.
She earned a Bachelors Degree in Business from Fontbonne University and a Master’s of Science in Marketing from Lindenwood University, St Louis, Missouri. Prior to becoming an educator, she was employed for 24 years as a Senior Product/Project Manager for a St. Louis-based Fortune 500 Company.
Sylvia and her husband Ronald share a blended family consisting six adult children (Bruce, Ramona, Nicole, Kelvin, Tara and Trevon) and nine wonderful grandchildren. Their grandparental motto is ‘squeeze’em up, sugar’em up, and send’em home.’ She enjoys all kinds of music, watching a good movie and CNN with her husband, family gatherings, baking, a good book, and spending one-on-one time with her grandbabies.
Her seemingly unlimited ability to prepare personalized course materials for clients allows her to serve as the ‘go-to’ and ‘know how’ on the Carefully Creative Team.
Danielle, Our 'Cheerleader'
Danielle
B.A. Sports Management, MBA, Pursuing Doctorate of Education
Danielle has a passion for helping people succeed and believes the greatest asset one could have in life is a great support system. As a Student Service Center Advisor at a St. Louis-based university, she assists thousands of students with financial aid and degree programs. Her willingness and ability to assist students in coupling their educational goals with their post graduate career goals, makes her a welcome face to students. Danielle routinely assists students, specifically those relying on federal student aid, with understanding the process of aid disbursement and appropriate maintenance of their financial support, and how satisfactory academic progress must serve as its foundation. Her motivation comes from her personal experiences during her collegiate years, and she shares those tools and techniques to assist students succeed in theirs.
Forever a student, Danielle constantly seeks to learn new and exciting subjects. She earned her Bachelor degree in Sport Management from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau,a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Lindenwood University, St. Charles,, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership Administration at Maryville University, St. Louis, all Missouri institutions.
Danielle is married to her awesome husband Jaison. Though, they do not have biological children yet, they are considered to be mom and dad to many. They are also pet parents to a very friendly corgi mix that they affectionately call “Poochie.” Education isa main focus of their household, and they hope to someday pass that focus along to children of their own. Danielle enjoys movies, music of all kinds, and great documentaries, with ESPN’s 30 for 30 being a favorite. She is also a fan of college football and can often be found watching ESPN’s College Gameday during the season.
Danielle’s compassion and ‘can do,’ ‘must do’ encouragement for our clients helps them succeed. She is our team’s greatest cheerleader, and she graciously submits to that title. As such, Danielle is is a great asset to the Carefully Creative team.
Frank, Our 'Enforcer'

Police Chief / Commander
Frank brings 30 years of combined military and civilian law enforcement experience to the Carefully Creative team. He has spent 15 of those years at the command level. Additionally, Frank has experience in operational leadership, policies and procedures development, budgets, grants (having been awarded nearly one million dollars in funds), coordination of workforce logistics, and management of public relations. He is a meticulous, experienced and proven leader adept in establishing and maintaining relationships with community leaders, city officials, public representatives, as well as, internal and external staff.
Frank’s calm disposition coupled with his finesse for quickly assessing a situation to bring a peaceful and positive outcome serve as a huge bonus for the clients of Carefully Creative. He has a proven public and personal track record of positive engagement as he strives to provide the highest level of excellent customer service and long-term contract acquisitions and relationships to the company.
A highly respected and regarded personality in the law enforcement community, Frank has received numerous awards and accolades for his outstanding leadership skills and integrity. Often serving as a mentor to young men and fathers, his love for his son is always on display and is admired above and beyond his professional endeavors. Known as the Enforcer on the Carefully Creative Team, Frank is the hand that stabilizes this group of creative and unconventional thinkers.
Jaison, Our 'Adaptor'

B.S. in Economics & Integrated Marketing, MBA, MA in Christian Ministry, Pursuing Doctorate of Education
Jaison is an educator at heart with a passion to help people achieve their fullest potential. As an Assistant Director for a St. Louis non-profit, he has developed and maintained innovative educational curriculum used across the nation. He is a true believer that behavior plays a major factor in personal productivity and happiness. Jaison aims to assist others in becoming productive and happy by helping them to acknowledge, address, and take action against obstacles they encounter along their journeys. Jaison is motivated to help others in the game of life through sharing strategic objectives and tactics for self-defined success with the ultimate goal of escaping life’s “rat race.”
Jaison earned Dual-Bachelors degrees in Integrated Marketing and Business Economics from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He also earned two Masters degrees (Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling) from Fontbonne University and Missouri Baptist University, St. Louis, Missouri, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Jaison is married to his loving wife Danielle. While they have no biological children yet, they have been blessed to be called Poppa Jaison and Momma DJ by many. They also care for a loving schnauzer-corgi mix (Candy). Their family is rooted in education and giving back is second nature for them. Jaison enjoys Chicago sports (Bulls, Bears, White Sox, and Blackhawks), music, and a nice action or comedy movie.
He is extremely creative and often challenges the Carefully Creative team’s thinking and presentations to reach deeper and give the very best to the community we serve. Jaison presents a willingness to adapt to the needs of the clients. His passion to see winning smiles on their faces is among the highlights of his contributions to the Carefully Creative Team.
