This workshop encourages participants to always be prepared and ready for opportunities to move up in the workplace.  Whether janitor or CEO, this workshop urges those in attendance to clearly examine their P.R.O.fessional objective by setting smart, measurable, agreed upon, realistic, and time-based goals.

Can You H.E.A.R. Me Now?

The workshop helps parents to learn how to establish boundaries for their children while also being parent advocates in the school system and community.  Participants are given a four-step process for handling difficult or challenging situations within the educational system.  Through the four steps, parents will learn to project a  voice of reason and channel positive energy in negative situations to promote a wholesome learning environment for the student. 

ESCAPED and CAPTURED

Discovering the importance of feeding your mind and spirit with healthy choices and activities on a daily basis will assist you in avoiding the traps of engaging in addictions, such as pornography, unhealthy sex, substance abuse, and other paralyzing activities.

Man vs F.O.O.D.

How can a person stay focused in a world filled with foolishness, obstacles, and distractions?  Participants are given tools and techniques to teach them how to stay focused on self-discovery and or positive life engagement. 

Making Lemonade

Using the ordinary task of making lemonade, participants are equipped with tools to become better communicators.  Participants are provided with proven strategies to grow from the bitter reaction of poor communication to embracing better responses of "sweetened yet directed" positive engagement.  “Making Lemonade” is an interactive presentation adaptable to many communities and cultures.  Who doesn't enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade?

Straight Outta D.E.B.T.

Managing a budget is difficult, but not impossible.  Participants will learn how to decrease and eliminate debt while building financial stability and employing new techniques for financial recovery.  This workshop uses plain language to explain basic financial principles and help participants to understand the impact of daily decisions on their personal finance.

SURVIVOR SERIES

Life is a roller coaster ride.  Hands are held high during peak times, but how do you handle the twists, turns, and pits of life without withdrawing?  The Survivor Series outfits participants with proactive strategies to assist them with better handle the rough rides that come with life’s journey.

Parenting is a difficult task whether parents have planned for children or or receive the news of an expanding family unexpectedly.  What happens when you become a parent before you really uncover the real you?  Unmasking the better parent starts with first discovering the woman or man inside of you, then it builds to developing and enhancing positive parenting skills.
